The art contemporain center of Meymac is planning a major event for Spring 2007 which will include three activities: an exhibition of works specially created for the occasion, a colloquia (history of art, philosophy, sociology, architecture....) and reflection on the future of a town in a rural territory.
They are looking for two co-organisers with a similar profile, sharing its situation of geographical isolation, its function as cultural base in a rural territory . The project is intended to culminate in a joint publication pooling the reflections and creations emerging from the events organised by each of the structures.
